Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ondergoed & sokken (Underwear & socks)
  • Gebreide kleding (Knitwear with signs of wear)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in the approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive confirmation – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds (VISA, MasterCard, JCB) typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as for returns:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. In your email, clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
